WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

To ensure orders arrive in best condition, all orders of live and/or frozen lobster/seafood are shipped by Next Day Air services. Ground shipping is only available for shipping apparel. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight & dimensions of the required shipping box. We do not add additional fees, but pass our shipping rates directly to our customers. Upon ordering, customers receive an automated email confirming the order. Upon shipping, customers receive an automated email confirming the order has shipped. If there are any issues with the order, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Because all shipments are shipped by Next Day Air, available delivery days are Tuesday through Friday. We do not allow for Saturday delivery to avoid issues related to shipping delays. Please contact us for more details if necessary.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
